"Went to terrace cafe today. They had my two favorites Lomosaltdo and tortilla soup. The lomo was alright but that soup...... it was so thick it was more like a stew. The rice was so over done in it that it was like eating mush. I don't know what makes it a tortilla soup when there is no tortilla strips in it. Basically a vegetable stew with black beans."
