from Google"Great bar with a very friendly atmosphere. Preston is a great host for the weekly card game tournaments and just great to hang around and chat with. Good variety of beers and other things on tap (Mead, sangria, etc). Would highly recommend if you are in the area."
"Absolute good time, friendly staff and SO MANY GAMES to choose from. Large space upstairs with bar, booths and many tables to play games on. Games available for purchase along with pokemon cards + much more. Hope to visit another time in the future."
"Walked in here and it was 100% not what we expected. They were having a Magic The Garhering Tournament. It was pretty neat I guess, I don't play the game but did learn a thing or 3 about it. They sold cards, dice, figures and all kinds of RPG accessories, now what made it worth staying was their craft beer selection. Now if I could only find a bar similar to this but sold Hot Wheels....oh well...lol"
"They do extremely marked up prices on release date of products. Kinda annoying when most other local tcg stores sell close to MSRP for new MTG sets and when I got there they had it listed for more than double MSRP. Much higher then even tcg player average on release day. I get the need for a business to make money but more then double MSRP on release is extreme when other local stores like Atomic empire and Game theory do MSRP or mark up 10-20 dollars AT MOST. Never going there for a release day product again. I want to support local card shops but I don't want to pay CONSIDERABLY more then what I can pay online when other card shops are not doing this. Idk if it was a one off with final fantasy hype but they lost me as a customer for new releases by trying to pull that markup. (If specifics needed: Final fantasy gift bundle was 200 or 210 on release day here. The MSRP was 90. Tcg prices on the day was 160 with shipping). I am still giving them 3 stars though since they have an excellent selection of singles and and a very good selection of packs to rip. They even have a bunch of older packs on sale and the prices for singles and packs were reasonable. I heard good things about playing here for casual night but the parking situation is not great. I stop by for singles but that's about it."
"This place has become a home for me after moving to the area in June. Moving to a new place is hard, but I'm so thankful to have a place to exist and meet other folks that enjoy my hobbies a few nights a week. Staff is incredibly friendly and the people who populate the store are friendly and helpful as well. It's been super easy to find a pod for commander games every time I've been in. My friends back home are jealous because I now have the coolest place to play MtG."
