"I ordered takeout from Wheat Express. The stinky tofu was crispy and flavorful, really delicious with its sauce. The chicken with Szechuan chili oil was served cold — a bit surprising at first, but tasty, slightly spicy, and rich in flavor. The braised beef noodle soup had a great broth, though the beef was a bit dry and tougher than I expected. Overall, I enjoyed everything and would come back to try more dishes next time!"

"Wheat is my go to spot for delicious authentic Chinese noodles. Their spicy and sour beef rice noodles are packed with bold flavors and the perfect balance of heat and tang. The broth is rich the beef is tender and the noodles have just the right texture. While this is my favorite their other options are just as impressive. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely a must visit for noodle lovers."

"I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If you’re sick or just having a bad day, there is genuinely no better pick-me-up in chapel hill. I’ve ordered from here 3 times so far & they’ve never disappointed. My favorite is the pork belly noodle soup, but I’ve also gotten the braised beef noodle soup as well as the beef broth with celery & scallion (excellent for a sore throat!). The braised beef noodle soup was a bit too spicy for me, but our server never stopped filling up my water so it wasn’t a problem lol. I’d recommend the pork belly noodle soup as a safe first choice if you’ve never been here ^^ it’s soo flavorful & always makes me feel better. It’s not spicy at all & has plenty of pork. The restaurant itself is a little cramped & the seats are a bit uncomfortable, but service is quick. I’ve never waited longer than a minute to be seated or be brought my order after i came in :)"
