"I can’t only grade the drinks because we didn’t order and food. This place is such a lovely establishment, perfect to relax and chill in any sunny weather. Just no rain. However THE DRINKS. PERFECT O M G!!!! The DRINKS, whatever you go for, even the non alcoholic drinks are delicious. Will return in the summer or spring actually.. go on a nice 70 outside or even night OMG. It’s inside the JW MARRIOTT, we got lost trying to find the entrance however once we did.. it’s a beautiful place."

"Cool spot to unwind and relax. Great views of the city while enjoying a cocktail. Sit at the bar or your own little cabana area. On the 5th floor of the Marriott Hotel. Bartenders were friendly. Also has a pool behind the bar if you’re a guest staying at the hotel. Awesome place to stay of meet up for drinks with friends or coworkers. If you’re visiting charlotte I recommend checking this place out !"

"I didn’t have a reservation, but the host was still able to seat me—right around 5 p.m., just as the happy hour crowd was rolling in. Spoiler alert: the rooftop view overlooking the city is absolutely worth it, so I’d recommend making a reservation to secure your spot. Since this was just a stop before my dinner plans, I kept it light and ordered the spicy guacamole (and yes, it lives up to its name—spicy but so good!) along with the burnt end lollipops (smoked brisket). To sip, I went with a refreshing Charlotte mocktail. Another perk? During happy hour, all appetizers are $3 off, which makes it the perfect time to sample and share. What would have been this establishment a five star for me would have been attentiveness and hospitality."

"I stayed one night at the JW Marriott Charlotte and had dinner at Aura Rooftop. I tried two rice bowls—the Salmon and the Wagyu. Both were quite good, but what really stood out was the atmosphere. Even though the rooftop is only on the 5th floor, the vibe was amazing with a stylish and relaxing setting. Perfect spot to enjoy good food, cocktails, and city views while unwinding. Definitely worth a visit if you’re staying at the hotel or nearby! -- Recommend to do reservation"
