"Cafe South gave me Bob Evans vibes, but with a Southern twist. It's right off I-77, super clean, and the staff is really nice. We got seated for breakfast right away, no waiting at all. We ordered omelets, eggs, grits, and Southern ham. The omelets were kinda flat, and the toast was a little dry. The ham was good, but honestly, nothing blew us away. Next time we're in Charlotte, we're gonna check out other breakfast places."

"Cute little country type cafe/ restaurant. The food was average with no added flair. I was hoping for an amazing pancake but it was a little too hard for me. The server was great though. It was very close to the hotel where we stayed. Convenient location."

"We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon after running errands because we were hungry. Had no expectation since it was our first time here. Parking, there was tons of parking, so parking is not an issue. It was busy when we went, so there was a wait list, we waited about 15 mins before we were seated. Food was good, service was good, waiter knew the menu and made some good recommendation. Menu has tons and tons of options, which can be overwhelming. There was brunch and lunch. We will be back!"
