We headed over to the new playground at the airport for the kids to enjoy while we relaxed with our treat, overall 10/10 as far as quick and easy and quality"

"I visited Canal Coffee for the first time today, and in all honesty I will probably never be back. I ordered a Cinnabee Latte that didn't have much flavor and a classic grilled cheese that was so disappointingly limp and lifeless. I can see from a previous review that they do not prepare it properly and have been for a while, so I wouldn't expect it to change."

"The coffee is usually fine, but I made the mistake of ordering the classic grilled cheese today. As you can see from the picture, there was no “grilling” involved. The picture on the menu board was massively deceptive. I’ve never had a grilled cheese that didn’t have any brown on either side of the sandwich. The cheese was melted to their credit, but it looked like it had been microwaved vs. grilled. At least give the optics of slapping some butter on the sandwich :-/ I would have gone back, but the line was long and it’s drive through only."

"Went to try Canal for the first time the other day heading back home. No prices are listed online (the menu is only a range). You can’t order ahead for pickup, only delivery, which was very confusing. The one star is due to arriving when this location said open on google, but was not. Nowhere did I see a sign stating they were closed, but after sitting a minute at the drive thru with no response, I pulled forward to find it completely empty. I was disappointed with the overall experience."

"This used to be my favorite coffee shop but over the last few months it has drastically gone downhill. Between changing the rewards program and removing menu items and not having any peppermint holiday drink, don’t think I will ever be back. The coffee I ordered this morning had so much caramel, every sip was chunky."
