"Located inside Belk at SouthPark Mall, I stopped in asking for tea, and Stella waited on me—she was an absolute delight! Dilworth Coffee has been around since 1989, but I have to emphasize just how incredible the tea was. "Cashier/barista wasn’t too friendly. I got the wild berry smoothie which was overly sweet, I could hardly finish a quarter of it. My bf got a black coffee which was nice and strong but was so hot it needed to be double cupped and double sleeved in order to be held. That probably wouldn’t be an issue for people who use enough creamer to cool the coffee down."

"The girl with the pink hair was extremely rude and not welcoming to me. There was no one in line and she told me I needed to move and “get in line.” I was shocked, as I was the only one in the coffee shop. I do not recommend this coffee shop as the employees are completely rude, even when greeted with smiles and hellos. Not to mention, the prices are outlandish compared to other coffee shops in the area. The flavors offered are syrups from TJ max. You’re better off making the coffee at home. Overall HORRIBLE service and coffee, save your time and money!"
