"I’ve been trying several brands of locally-roasted coffee recently, and this is my new favorite! I bought the Finca El Cipres light-medium roast from Deli St. and absolutely love it. I’m no coffee expert, so when I see “tasting notes” I don’t usually expect to taste them— like with wine. However, this actually has the faint taste of strawberry, but it’s light enough to not be overpoweringly fruity. The light roast is flavorful and sweet; I drink it with sugar and either soy or oat milk. This blend is perfect for my morning cup, and I’ll definitely try more flavors from this roaster in the future!"
