"The coffee is fantastic. This is my favorite coffee shop in the Charlotte area as I used to go to the Fort Mill location always and have never had a problem. I want to happily give 5 stars, but the issue with the Uptown Location is that out of the 3 times we went as a group for a mid-day coffee break, twice they were closed when everything said they were open until 5, and we went around 2:00 PM one day and 1:00 PM another. Again, great coffee and was so ecstatic that I could walk 15 minutes one way from work to this location during the week, but 2/3 times we have, it wasn't open when it should have been and we just wasted 30 minutes of walking roundtrip for nothing."
