"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last night, my real estate team, The Wanner Group, and I visited Lincoln Street Kitchen & Cocktails in downtown Charlotte, and overall it was an outstanding experience. We had a party of five, and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the tone for a great evening. The space itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, warm, and inviting with an industrial-chic vibe that feels both upscale and comfortable. It’s the kind of place that works just as well for a team dinner, date night, or entertaining clients. The lighting, exposed brick, and thoughtfully designed bar area create a relaxed but elevated environment that really stands out in Uptown. Service was attentive and friendly without feeling rushed. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure our table was well taken care of throughout the evening. Drinks came out promptly and were crafted well—clearly a cocktail program that’s been thoughtfully put together. As for the food—phenomenal overall. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The entrees were cooked well, seasoning was on point, and the menu felt curated rather than overwhelming. You can tell care goes into both the quality of ingredients and the execution. The only minor hiccup of the night was the Steak Frites, which were a bit chewy compared to the rest of the meal. That said, it was a small detail in an otherwise excellent dining experience and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed everything else. Lincoln Street is exactly the kind of place you want in the heart of Charlotte—great food, a stylish atmosphere, and a welcoming vibe. We had a fantastic time, and it’s definitely a spot I’d recommend to friends, clients, and colleagues alike. We’ll absolutely be back! — Melissa Keffer, The Wanner Group"

"Great food and ambience. Had the Wagyu and eggs that were very good, but they give you very little steak. An employee (not my server) shared that the current economy made them choose between raising the price or lowering the portion size and clearly they went with the latter. Personally, I’d rather have the higher price and bigger portion size. In my opinion if you’re going for steak, you’re already mentally prepared for a steeper price. The taste of the food was amazing though. The server Nicholas was nice as well. The biscuit is so good."

"Came here for brunch and it was just okay—they have a pretty limited brunch menu, and no typical breakfast platter. If you want a regular breakfast plate, you have to build it one $6 side at a time. I was excited about the fruit salad bc it came with blackberries, but the apples were stale-tasting. My partner go a mixed fruit mimosa and it was served almost warm, like the juice is stored at room temp. The biscuit with gravy was actually phenomenal though 10/10, and our waitress was lovely. Only ended up here because Ruby Sunshine had an hour wait, and Lincoln Street was able to seat us immediately on a Sunday at noon."

"The last time I came here it was about 3 years ago for a friend’s birthday. It was wonderful then and tonight seemed even more exceptional. I got this amazing pasta with meatballs (3 types of meat) in a garlic cream sauce with asparagus. My drink of choice was the Desert Bloom. My friend got Steak frites— also exceptional. Sammy (Sammie?) was our server and she was amazing! Thanks again for such a great visit!!! I can’t wait to come back!"

"Excellent dining experience - on numerous occasions - but especially for dinner/late night cocktails. While they do it all and do it all reasonably well at that. They excel at creating a dinner & cocktail experience that feels both hip upscale yet full of southern charm. As our waitress stated, you really can't go wrong with anything on their dinner menu - the chef creates beautifully balanced flavors. The staff are all very pleasant and attentive. And overall they are able to accommodate even last minute reservations which is very appreciated. The only negative for me personally is that the inside gets a bit loud, good if you like the crowd feel, but the rooftop and (new) patio dining in front are perfect spots to enjoy a chill meal and some fresh evening air! Pictures: Tuno Crudo (100% would recommend - shocked by how good the flavors mix), Pan-Roasted Chicken w/gumbo & okra, Black Striped Seabass, Citrus Creme Brulee (best desert in Southend for anyone who loves citrus). Drinks: Hanging Garden & Ember's Kiss. Would recommend all of these!"
