"2nd floor- not 1st (there is a small stand on 1st floor)- nearest to Entry #5 The hot latte was okay (a little weak on the espresso pull). Iced Matcha latte was very good, a touch sweeter than I’m used to- I would order with a little less sweetener. The cinnamon crunch muffin was moist and delicious- highly recommend! The location is great- in a quiet place in the mall- it has a little seating, with more just outside the door, or couches down the stairs in the atrium. Definitely worth giving a try! Many options to choose from."

"Had lunch in the food court & took a walk to get some exercise. Popped in to this coffee shop - out of curiosity. Nice people, so friendly and ready to provide great service. My mother in law sampled a Carmel Frappe & she was impressed. I like the local products available and they have some neat gift items. Stop by and check them out! Support local."

"** Please like & share our reviews. ** Wheelchair accessible via mall elevator. This location is on the 2nd level of the mall. Stopped in here after having weak hotel coffee in hopes that the mug was indeed "mean"...and so it was. Ordered a latte and sat out in the mall corridor and enjoyed the shopping vibes. Although I only ordered a large latte, I was insanly tempted to order an amazing looking Danish with what appeared to have my name on it. (That big hotel breakfast was still hitting me though.) Everything seems very fresh and made to order. They seem to have all kinds of loose leaf teas, coffee, tumblers, apparel and pastries. Several customer came in and ordered fresh grilled breakfast sandwiches. This seems to be a hotspot for many of the mall employees. One gal mentioned that she visits Mean Mug daily so I kindly gifted her my Loyalty card. Collect 10 punches and get a free cup of coffee. Definitely swing by here if you are needing a boost of caffeine or a relaxing cup of tea. They have indoor seating if you prefer to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle. If you have fam in the area, def check out the Drury Inn Hotel within walking distance! (See our review.) We walked over in a short 5 minutes. *** For special events they have a Mean Mug Mobil.
