"Traveled from Raleigh to Charlotte for a bestfriend birthday weekend. I found Medusa Lounge on Google with good reviews. The presentation on the outside is very nice. Security was nice… one was more people friendly than the other but that’s okay. He did his job well and professionally. Inside no seats was available so we was encouraged to try the other side to get drinks and food ( I assumed the other side was the same establishment but it wasn’t BUT I enjoyed the hospitality on that side… bartender was fantastic and patient with us. The music and vibe on that side gave sports bar.. Cool but was looking for more a Lounge vibe. We got drinks and I checked back on the Medusa side and seats were available. YAYYYYY So service was quick , drinks came out quick ( $5 Parton shots was there special) Yayyy . Order food, food selection was absolutely amazing. Major hit dishes where you can’t pick the wrong thing and For picky people.. you will find something. Now I’m a Rasta Pasta FAN and more Ziti noodles would be nice to add. Salomon /shrimp and flavor was Spot on. Every dish we had was great. I wish this Lounge was bigger but nevertheless for small Lounge it has a huge impact on your experience in a Good way. I would definitely visit this establishment when I come back to Charlotte. To make this easier.. I would choose this place over Kitchen & Kocktails . Food at Medusa is fairly priced and GOOD and service is on point."

"This is my second time here and it has been amazing each time! Great service awesome drinks good food I got the lamb chops and pretty poison drinks the DJ is great on Thursdays and I will definitely recommend and I will be back."

"This place was so good! Kristina was my server and she was great! She recommended us some great food. We got the salmon Rasta pasta and the lamb chops with garlic mash, and it was delicious! She also helped us with picking out some drinks that were also bomb. The food was great, service was amazing, and the vibe was perfect for a night out. 10/10"

"Visited Medusa Lounge with a friend who was in town and wanted a hookah spot - we had a great time! The sweet chili wings were tasty, and the hookah, while electric instead of using coals, still smoked well and lasted about 2.5 hours. The DJ kept the energy up, the music was great, and there were plenty of live entertainers throughout the night. Fun vibe, good food, and a great spot for a night out."
