"My wife, daughter & I were headed back to our hotel from Discovery Place on Saturday afternoon and stopped by for a quick bite to eat. We ended up hanging outside on the patio for a couple of hours and really enjoyed ourselves. Sam was running the show when we were there and she was awesome. "We ate here yesterday for first time. I don’t recommend at all. We were never greeted like others were when we first arrived. They don’t tell you to just sit at a table bc they have no servers. We sat at a table for 10 min with no help before we realized we had to go to bar to order. We had to order food and drinks at the bar and then at the end they charged gratuity. Gratuity for what? We as the customer did all the work in place of not having a server. You should not be able to charge gratuity for a party of 2. Also it is not posted on a menu nor in the restaurant that they automatically charge gratuity on everyone’s bill. Whether it’s a party of 1 or more. This is illegal!"
