"We visited North Italia last night, on a weekday. The place was busy but not so busy that we had to wait to be seated. Our server was prompt, kind, knowledgeable and overall good company. The bar was a bit backed up as a large party had just arrived but the manager eventually brought us our drinks himself. There was a small wait for the food as well but it was well worth it. The atmosphere is nice as well. You can see the kitchen from your seats; it was really cool to see everyone cooking. If I ever come back to Charlotte, It'll be for the bolognese & meatballs."

"WOW — absolutely incredible! They have gluten-free options for both pizza and pasta, which made me so happy. I went with the seafood pasta and every single bite was packed with flavor — perfectly cooked shrimp and plenty of crab throughout. The sauce was rich and seasoned just right! Our server, Tyren, was also amazing — friendly, attentive and made the whole experience even better. 100% recommend this spot!"

"Overall experience was okay. Food was good for me because I got the farm salad. Plus the white truffle garlic bread was very good. That earned a star. But some of our party's pasta came out on the cold side. Waiter took longer than one would expect with the caliber of service and atmosphere this restaurant tries to convey. Not to mention we had to repeat things back to him several times. And I mean like... not just twice... about 4 times. Prices are typical of this type of restaurant. The hand made pasta was cooked well even though it was not warm. Just an overall okay experience. Somewhere I'd go maybe once a year or if invited. But not 1st choice Italian."

"First time there visiting the area we can across this Italian restaurant. The only complaint is that we waited for 10mins for someone to greet us at our table.. other than that the food was made to perfection the alcoholic drinks were very good with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this place.."

"They need better lighting! At 5 oclock, it was brighter outside than it was at our table. Server was nice but clearly new as we watched her go in circles trying to find items we requested like straws and togo boxes. Food was good, our sides for the table were really hot while our mains were lukewarm."
