"One of my favorite coffee shops in Charlotte! This place is great, sophiscitated clean and great for a hangout or simply work remotely while enjoying some great coffee. Staff is friendly and fully bilingual. My favorite item on the menu: The Dulce de Leche Latte. It's the best I have tried so far. The food menu also offers a lot of options. My wife and I came here for her birthday gathering with her coworkers. We got the Dulce de Leche Latte, Sumaq Latte and the fried empanadas (beef and chicken). Everything was as usual: Fantastic and delicous! The service was also great. Elmer, the manager, helped.us with reserving the space. He is always friendly, helpful and professional. Sumaq is centrally located with free parking. If you are not a local, no worries, the GPS will take you straight to it. Overall, 100% recommended!"
