"My sister , niece and I decided to check this spot out on a Sunday afternoon. The coffee shop is located in a small plaza in a cute neighborhood . They have a dedicated free parking lot with what appears to be ample parking spots. The decor is basic, service was quick and coffee was solid. I just ordered a cappuccino with oat milk. However, my Neice did order a fall special that was some sort of blueberry drink. She took a sip and said wow that’s good. She insisted that I try it , and I have to say they nailed it ! The blueberry flavor was present! I also did try the pumpkin chocolate chip muffin. I asked if they were made in house . I was told yes, and made daily. The muffin was good . I appreciated that it was not too sweet! Overall I think this is a solid coffee shop. They have several tables, and free WiFi. Would make a great spot to work from !"

"Just had a wonderful expierence here today. Enjoyed a refreshing iced coffee with lavender flavor & a scone. Very nice & friendly service. The baristas helped me pick out a hat today from Bonitos hats which are available here for purchase. Definitely one of a kind hand painted hats colorful & beautiful design. I really liked the art that is available here for purchase. Nice atmosphere I was able to read & study. Thanks & Blessings🙏"

"I went to summit coffee this afternoon to get some coffees for the crew filming down the street, it was a large order (about 13 or 14) specialty coffees and the two baristas (i’m so sorry I didn’t ask their names! I was too focused on not messing up the order or losing my boss’s card) but the two baristas working were SO great and helpful! they made me feel really taken care of, wrote everyone’s names down on the coffees so I wouldn’t mix them up, and even helped me with suggestions for sizes and extra creamers. the coffee was SO delicious, everyone on set was very happy and there weren’t any mistakes! seriously I never write reviews but it was a lovely experience for something normally kinda stressful when you’re juggling a large coffee run! thanks so much!"

"I absolutely LOVE Summit on the Plaza! The baristas are always so so wonderfully fantastic and kind!!! My favorite thing to order is a blueberry latte with oat milk. It was seasonal and now it’s a permanent syrup on their menu!!! I’m moving 4 hours away and I’m going to miss it so much, I’ll come back and visit JUST for the blueberry syrup and the fantastic baristas! ☕️🩵🫐"

"First time visiting Summit Coffee and I was not disappointed! Needed a spot to study so I hunkered down in the corner with a cup of drip coffee, and later a chocolate scone (rec from Darian? I’m terrible with names!😫) Delicious scone! I recommend as well 😋 I could tell that the team behind the counter love what they do because there was such a positive vibe with each customer interaction. Service is impeccable. It’s an intimate spot for studying, conversation, card-playing, or simply relaxing during the day. Local artist work adorn the walls…LOVE that!! I will definitely be back 💗 Thanks for a great experience!"
