"After seeing the mixed reviews, I was curious what my experience would be here. The barista was super nice and helpful, so no issues there! However. I ordered a sandwich, asked for avocado instead of cheese (I knew there would be an up charge) and told the barista that I can't have milk ingredients. The sandwich I received had cheese and no avocado, so I told him and he had the kitchen remake it. I was running late for an appointment so I didn't have a chance to check the sandwich when they handed me the bag. I'll echo other sentiments that it does take quite awhile to have a sandwich made. The second sandwich I received didn’t have cheese, but also zero avocado. I get that mistakes happen, but I paid an extra $2.50 to add avocado to an already $11 sandwich, and this was really frustrating. I get that I could've asked for them to fix it a THIRD time, but I had already been in the restaurant for about 25 minutes when I finally got the food. The atmosphere is fine inside and they have gluten-free and vegan baked goods so that's nice! Their bread is delicious. But they really need to work on attention to detail in the kitchen. I recommend trying the dilworth location as I've had better experiences there."

"I absolutely love this place! The food is so good, specifically the pastries! The croissants are my typical go to and they have never one disappointed! The atmosphere is great. perfect place to get your work done or to chat with a friend! I have gone here all my life and the workers are so kind! I love the food here and it is my go to when needing a sandwich or a nice pastry to start my day!"

"The bakery smelled great, so maybe I ordered wrong. I got the bacon egg and cheese on the butter roll because the sign said that the butter roll was a fan favorite. It looked good but I didn't like any of it. The bacon tasted strange and they left the paper on the cheese, the roll was mid. The service was slow but the girl was friendly enough. I was disappointed overall."
