from Google"I visited The Conspiracy based on the great reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised! I was initially worried about finding the entrance since it was said to be unmarked, but they’ve updated it, making it super easy to find now. The vibe inside was definitely that cool speakeasy lounge feel, and it was a really nice atmosphere. Eric was both our server and DJ, playing an awesome mix of ’90s and 2000s R&B, which set a perfect mood for the evening. The food was great overall. I tried a non-alcoholic mocktail, which was good, though not the best I’ve had. The short ribs were absolutely delicious, especially paired with the cauliflower. The tuna tartare was a standout as well, super flavorful. I also ordered the turkey meatballs, and while the flavor was great, the texture was a bit mushy, so they could have been firmer. I did get to sample my friend’s buffalo chicken mac and cheese, which was amazing, and my other friends enjoyed the shrimp flatbreads, though I couldn’t try them due to dietary restrictions. Overall, The Conspiracy is a fantastic spot for cocktails and small bites. I’m looking forward to coming back on Friday for live music and enjoying the vibe again. Definitely recommend it!"
"I recently hosted a work dinner at The Conspiracy and everything was excellent from the atmosphere to the service to the food. We rented the lower bar area and we had more than enough room to move around with 20 guests....soft seating, dining tables, bar, high tops - spacious! The food was so delicious and am craving those short ribs with cauliflower puree again! We enjoyed the charcuterie board with olives and nuts, shrimp scampi paired with asian slaw, and of course the short ribs w. cauliflower puree, & caesar salad. Dessert was an option of fresh brownies, apple turnover or cheesecake....all delicious. An extensive bar selection with some very nice cocktails. The "Nevermore" is delicious (their old fashioned). Highly recommend booking for a special occasion or business dinner!"
"Such a cozy spot with amazing food! The turkey meatballs were a standout- perfectly glazed, generously portioned, and made with turkey for a healthier twist, which we really appreciated. We also tried the trio plate featuring a crab cake, short rib, and shrimp scampi. The crab cake was flavorful, though not made with lump crab. The short rib was tender and came with two nicely sized pieces. The cauliflower lettuce wraps were a fun, hands-on option with bold, delicious seasoning, definitely a hit at our table. To top it all off, we shared the dessert trio, and everything was delicious. Surprisingly, the apple turnovers ended up being my favorite! We love this place and think it offers great value. Most dishes are around $15, with the exception of the trio plate, which includes more food so is priced a bit higher. Two plates per person is a good sweet spot, making it a reasonably priced option considering the upscale atmosphere and quality of the food. Of course, adding drinks or dessert (which we recommend!), will bring the total up a bit, but def worth it."
"Stopped by Conspiracy Tapas Bar around 6pm on a Friday — still early for dinner, so we were able to get a table right away with no wait. The place wasn’t too busy even when we left, making for a laid-back atmosphere. We ordered a good variety of small plates to share. Everything was solid — nothing mind-blowing, but no complaints either. The Cuban was definitely a standout among the dishes we tried. Drinks were good and complemented the meal well. Overall, it’s a nice spot for something quick, casual, and sharable. Great for low-key outings when you want decent bites and a relaxed vibe."
"We went on a Wednesday and sat at the bar. Wednesday is 2$ off a glass of wine and half price bottles. We got Pesto Chicken Panini and split it. It was very good. Our bartenders Mark and Steven took good care of us. Jo got a Nevermore, which is their Old Fashioned. Definitely will return and try other menu options."
