"Only come here if you have a MASSIVE sweet tooth. The location is nice. We parked across the street. Yet, we saw signs inside saying they would discount parking the connected garage. The decor followed a consistent farm theme. They added a few christmas items like the tree in the corner. We did have to wait a while for the server. Yet, she was friendly when she came. We were a little confused by the menu as we didn't understanding the sizing options. She explained that a bowl is the smallest option that you a can build onto. She also explained that you can mix and match the base ice creams of the specialities, which was great to hear. I got the strawberries and cream cheesecake bowl with southern blackberry cobbler and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. It was pretty good. I would recommend if you LOVE over the top sweet creations."

"I recently visited The Yard Milkshake Bar in Charlotte and tried a few of their signature milkshakes – the Salted Caramel Cheesecake and Brookie Batter were both delicious and just as over-the-top as expected. The young staff was fantastic – friendly, helpful, and the place was very clean. No complaints there whatsoever. My issue is with something that may seem small to some, but it genuinely took away from the overall experience: the cup. I’ve visited multiple Yard locations in other cities and have built a little collection of their custom-logo glass jars. It’s part of the fun – a sweet treat and a cool, reusable keepsake. But this Charlotte location handed me a plain glass jar with a cheap sticker logo slapped on the front. For the price we’re paying for these shakes, I expected the same quality and attention to detail as other locations. Not only does the sticker cheapen the look, but I can’t even properly wash or reuse the cup without the sticker peeling off. That’s disappointing, especially for returning customers who appreciate the collectible aspect. Great staff, great shakes – but the downgrade in branding and presentation really brought this visit down a notch. I hope they fix this and bring Charlotte in line with the other Yard Milkshake Bar locations."

Peacefully we can sit in and out and enjoy our ice cream.. 🍨 I tried home made vanilla and every time I go there definitely I go with the same flavor along with exploring other flavors.."

"The milkshakes here are amazing! They are a little pricey, but it is definitely worth it (you get to keep the glass mason jar as a souvenir). The portions are huge, and the flavors are delicious! They offer lactose free options as well, which is greatly appreciated. Bear was such a big help when ordering (the menu can be a little overwhelming at first). Great little spot for a unique ice cream treat."
