"Stopped by at Vinyl for brunch and it did not disappoint! There is a live DJ set to keep the vibe upbeat and the service was amazing. Adam went above and beyond to explain the menu offer recommendations as well as make unique drinks. Originally was planning on getting one each but we ended up trying two - three each given the different flavor profiles. We ordered the Mia, the Dr. Doo Dah, Shaken, as well as the Bidi Bidi Bom Bom and the Pretty fly for a Mai Thai. Adam gave us a whole breakdown of the drinks as well as which ones were new and how they vary by season. The hostess was also great and offered us additional recommendations. For food we ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit with a side of gravy and the ribeye roll ups and both recommendations were delicious. The biscuit was soft and the gravy on the side (additional add on I asked for) took the meal to the next level. Overall had a great experience and would recommend!"

"We went to Vinyl on Sunday morning for brunch and had such a wonderful experience! The food was amazing from start to finish. We started with the most delicious buttermilk pancakes I’ve had in Charlotte so far The hot honey biscuit was also incredible, with the perfect balance of sweet heat and the biscuit was so good. The pork hash was another standout—the meat was so tender and paired perfectly with the flavors on the plate. We also tried one of their cocktails, which was just delightful 🤌 As great as the food was, what really made the experience memorable was our server, Kaleigh. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind—it really elevated our whole brunch."

"We loved everything about this place, from the concept to the decor, the atmosphere, the food and the service. Chris, the general manager, took time to answer all of our questions and give us background about the restaurant. The squash puree with ricotta and toasted sourdough bread is out of this world! The noise level was low on the outer terrace but we were there on a weekday mid-afternoon so it was not a busy time."
