"We had a fantastic experience at Yunta. The ceviche trio was excellent—bright, fresh, and beautifully balanced. The chicharrón was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The shrimp gratin was very good; not my personal favorite, but my wife absolutely loved it. The mushroom dish was also very good, and the panza was a standout—my wife’s favorite plate of the night. Cocktails were delicious, strong, and elegantly crafted without being overdone. The sake selection we tried was also very good and paired nicely with the food. Overall, a great meal with thoughtful execution and a refined but approachable feel. We’d definitely return"

"Hands-down, this has to be my favorite restaurant in all of Charlotte. I’ve lost how many times I’ve been to this restaurant. The food is phenomenal everything from the yuca bowls, ceviche, paella, beef anticucho, Nigiri, and drinks. I don’t think I’ve had a single thing on the menu that was not mind blowing. Go with a friend, go on a date or sit at the bar by yourself, and grab a pisco punch, either way you’re gonna have a great experience!"

"I was at Junta on Thursday, and I have to say: the place and its decoration are very pleasant. The service was also quite good, and the food was excellent. My favorite dishes were the shrimp croquettes and the torched scallop nigiris. The music and atmosphere were really nice for a Thursday night, making it a very enjoyable experience. Overall, it’s a very, very good place. Highly recommended. I hope that when I go back to Charlotte, I can return because it’s truly a spot where you have a great time. They serve good drinks, and at the same time, the food is absolutely delicious."
