"This place is such a gem! Best coffee in Concord and Charlotte PERIOD. The staff is friendly and talented. I’m obsessed with chai tea latte and Allegiance always gets it perfect. The other big names chains don’t even come close! The drive thru is super convenient but if you have the time go inside. It’s super cozy and comfortable. The perfect spot to get some work done and in nice weather their patio is laid back and nice to connect with friends. I love to support local business so Allegiance is my go-to spot for coffee, yummy desserts and good vibes!"

"Allegiance Coffee – A Hidden Gem at Jackson Park. When I travel, I always try to find a good coffee spot to enjoy my cup—and on this trip, I found one: Allegiance Coffee at Jackson Park. Great coffee, amazing customer service, and to top it off, a playroom filled with games for the little ones. We ended up staying for over an hour because my little coffee buddy didn’t want to leave! The space was welcoming, and the two young ladies who served us were super friendly and attentive. In fact, we enjoyed it so much, we went back the next day. "I needed a Mama break today, and was just driving by, when I decided to grab a coffee. Not only did I grab a Gammys cookie latte (deeelish), but a cream cheese Danish caught my eye, too. The young woman working eased my afternoon into being a whole lot better, and even listened to me vent for a few minutes 😂 A beautiful little spot. I'll definitely be back in, soon!"

"I can’t say enough about the staff here, they are always friendly! I recently purchased a home just down the street and make it a point to go here instead of Starbucks now..their coffee tastes fantastic. One of the girls told me it was due to their filtration system. I tried one of their blueberry muffins the other day and it was excellent."
