"What can I say? Coffee and a dog themed coffee spot at that? Wonderful! As a coffee lover and dog lover, I absolutely love this spot! And these girls are killing it! I had the opportunity to meet them when they were brand new to Cornelius in their spot they are in now. Photographed their opening day, spoke with them, and since then their coffee is my FAVORITE. It is always a pleasure working with them! Their coffee is light, tasteful, filling, sweet, creative, fun, and worth it! It is worth the wait and long lines, to get a taste of caffeinated goodness and some cheerful bright spirits from the girls as a plus! Anytime I ride by and see them busy I am so grateful they are such a hit! The atmosphere is welcoming and full of good energy, fun, laughter, kindness, and is the cutest thing ever!! I am so proud of these two and their bright future ahead!!"

"Came to Eibsee Coffee Co on a Saturday morning based on previous reviews and this place did not disappoint! Ordered the Brown Sugar and Pumpkin Shaken Espresso which was fantastic! We have come back multiple times since our first visit and each time is great!"

"I drove a good amount to come try the coffee, it was totally worth that + the wait. Mind you, there was only one person working and it was a busy Saturday. The barista was so sweet, and offered help when I was stuck between 2 options. She was awesome, and the coffee was delicious. My friend got 2 drinks which were also super tasty. I will definitely be coming back!! (I wish I would have taken a picture of my coffee, but it’s also so cute here)"
