The order with Pico Avocado, the avocado should be generously spread, not as shown in the picture to be disguised under the greens. We pay for the toast and avocado, the greens are add on. When I asked the waiter she said they usually just apply a thin spread on the toast, in that case should be specifically mentioned in the menu. Just my 2 cents."
