"By far the best customer service I have ever received in my whole life. I started out by visiting this coffee shop over a year ago just to try out the beans and it was some of the best I had ever had. Then I found out the owner offered basically ‘coffee classes’ where I could test out different grinders and brewers in stock and picked out my favorite. The owner took almost a hour one on one talking me through all the options and brewing samples of coffee and even helped carry the items out to my car in the rain, and threw in free coffee filters as well. Been using that coffee maker and grinder for over a year now and everyone that comes to visit says it’s incredible coffee. I’ve also had multiple coffee subscriptions and have always received excellent communication and have consistently received delicious coffee beans on time. Just recently I re upped on a coffee bean subscription and within minutes I had a message asking my preference on when it shipped out. If you are a coffee fan you can’t go wrong here, I’ve never felt so valued as a customer of a business in my life."

"Lanoca Coffee Company (LCC) has a home like atmosphere. Upon visiting their brick and mortar store in Farmville NC, I was hooked. One of the few coffee roasters in the area to offer coffee from North America and Central America. I can’t speak highly enough of their dark roast coffee beans from Chiapas Mexico. The sweet, smooth, chocolate taste of my homeland is delivered on a bi-weekly basis from Matthews’ LCC. The coffee beans are roasted to perfection and the extraction of these flavors speaks volumes of the quality of beans Matthew and his family import. Needless to say, the service is second to none. LCC ships freshly roasted coffee beans from my homeland of Chiapas MX, directly to my doorstep. I thoroughly enjoy having a high quality roaster so close to home.
