"Although it was a crazy hectic busy morning due to the winter storm, the dedication this staff showed trying to do their best with a million orders was great! Half my takeout order was taken by mistake but Olivia P. and the manager made sure to do right by me but remaking my entire order completely fresh. They also made sure I understood the honest mistake an apologize sincerely. I also appreciated the expedited remake they did for me. I only wish I could have gotten a refund lol. "I have ordered from and eaten here many times but today I was very disappointed with the food I received!!! I ordered the strawberry bread pudding and they delivered it with only the bread and sliced strawberries! No cream cheese, no crunch toppings nothing else!! They also didn’t put a lid on my grits so some of it spilled in the container, how do you not put a lid on a container of grits??!! I called and a lady apologized and said they were very busy so it was overlooked….😬"

"So I got the san fran. eggs benedict at our server Michelle’s recommendation and it did not disappoint. Excellent service, I enjoyed some hibiscus tea with honey and lemon too. Delicious, and my hash browns ordered with tomatoes + jalapeños were presented and made beautifully. First impression at this place and I’ll definitely be back!"
