"I’m still here and already in love with Gilmore’s Mercantile Coffee Roaster! The apple pie chai I ordered was absolutely phenomenal. The customer service is top-notch! The staff genuinely seem to enjoy being here, which makes the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. It’s also a great spot to get work done with minimal distractions, and they have the cutest little trinkets to browse while you sip. This will definitely be a regular stop in my study rotation. Highly recommend!"

"Love, love, love this place and the staff. We have an espresso machine at home and we but our coffee beans here. Our favorite is "Midnight In G-Town". We usually also get a Cartada when we're there. YUM! They have all kinds of herbs and spices. We haven't tried their olive oils yet, but we certainly plan on doing that as they have tons of infused olive oils. Stop by!"

"10/10!! I recommend everyone I know to go to Gilmore's! Such a lovely small town, locally owned coffee shop! We usually go here at least once a week. Jesse can see us coming through the door and knows to make our usual coffees, but sometimes she'll surprise us with different flavors and combinations. They never disappoint!! They have such a variety of coffees, oils and spices you can purchase from the shop, along with other novelties."
