"I absolutely love the clutch in Winston and became addicted to their energy drinks because of that location. But this location just struggles for some reason. I order the same exact thing every single time and I ask for extra flavoring and they always assume I'm ordering wrong on the app and instead of asking they just make my drink with what they think I mean. As soon as I see the color of it I know if its right or wrong and I never say anything because I dont like to inconvenience others and make their jobs harder but the drink ends up going to waste if its not right. So today I decided to say something and instead of fixing it they said it was that color because it was made with red bull instead of the normal drink. But two days prior I got it with red bull and there was a significant difference in the color. It just sucks because I would go there every day if it was right. But now its just stressful to go."

"Love Clutch! My go-to every time will be an Iced caramel macchiato with extra shots. Yum! Only reason I didn't give it five stars all the way around was because there have been times, (like today) where my drink tastes like burnt coffee. It was busy, there were 8 cars in front of me and then probably 8 cars after me by the time I got to pick up my drink. I know everyone is working hard and trying their best! They really have the best and most kind team, so I always come back. Plus, I always prefer to support local."
