"The Ugly mug is one of my favorite stops. They have great coffee, tea selections and delicious pastries. I personally love the spinach and feta croissant. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The drive through window is a great option for someone in a rush. Hope you get a chance to stop by and try it out."

"A+ Experience! We attended an event just outside of Hendersonville and wanted a coffee for the three hour ride home. Stopped by here from a Google search. We used the drive-through. Barista's were very friendly. I asked for something unique and she provided a delicious raspberry mocha that she designed herself. I told her that my wife wanted a caffeine boost but didn't like the taste of coffee. "No problem at all", she says and makes a wonderful sweet seasonal caramel flavor that my wife loved. We will definitely be visiting again when we return to Hendersonville."

The Ugly Mug encapsulates exactly why local coffee shops are my favorite; the coffee( hot & frappe) was delicious, the atmosphere was authentic, relaxed, and fun(love the English bulldog decor); this was the perfect spot for my wife & I to grab a coffee, and I recommend it wholeheartedly! I rarely ever order a second cup, but this place was awesome, so it was worth it!"

"First time visiting today with my friend today after recently moved to the area. Great service and atmosphere but the drip coffee was over brewed (only choices were dark and medium dark roast). For my friend and I who drink coffee black, not drinkable. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese which was toasted too being hard as a rock. Maybe this was an off day. We'll give it another chance soon."
