"The coffee is good, the service is horrible! Don't Bother. Every single time I've ordered something has been wrong (either the wrong flavor, wrong type, and now a missing package over $100 that I bought before Christmas). I don't even blame the company on that aspect, with the tracking it's clearly Fedex's fault, but Fedex closed the claim saying it was paid for and I've reached out to Puroast several times with all the information and NO RESPONSE. It's been almost a month now and no coffee, no refund, no package. Very frustrating. Not to mention not having any coffee on Christmas!!!!"
