"Purcrap customer service, coffee tastes watery and flavor isn't great, and can't even be bothered to answer your emails even though they say to email them with concerns. Purcrap would be a better overall name. I think they're one of those crooked companies that reels you in with your first order then starts sending you purcrap stale coffee then says to hell with you. I've read similar reviews across the net. First order was pretty good. Second sucked"

"The coffee is good, the service is horrible! Don't Bother. Every single time I've ordered something has been wrong (either the wrong flavor, wrong type, and now a missing package over $100 that I bought before Christmas). I don't even blame the company on that aspect, with the tracking it's clearly Fedex's fault, but Fedex closed the claim saying it was paid for and I've reached out to Puroast several times with all the information and NO RESPONSE. It's been almost a month now and no coffee, no refund, no package. Very frustrating. Not to mention not having any coffee on Christmas!!!!"

"Too expensive & something has gone awry with their flavors, they have either been mismarked or changed for the worse. Also have not noticed a difference with my reflux while using their beans. Will be trying a different company"
