"I just randomly stopped in because I was doing something in the neighborhood and had been recommended by someone in passing and I will never go back. I ordered an iced toffee latte sweetened and I got an Iced Americano with no flavoring at all. The gentleman who made my order was nice but he clearly has no business making drinks because even after I specified what I ordered he looked at me confused. An iced latte comes with milk? A latte is a latte because it’s made with milk and yet I got an iced americano with nothing in it for $7.10. I just left instead of having to tell him how to make my drink because that’s just a waste of time when I’m sure the second drink would’ve been just as bad."
"This quiet cafe is a gem in the rough. I ordered a cappuccino and cinnamon muffin which came to about $12 with a modest tip. I'd expect to pay around $14 at the most for coffee for two. Orders are done on the front counter (no kiosk), seating is plentiful and there's even a digital fireplace for a toasty get together! This quiet cafe feels like home though home also has a cortado on the menu;) (if I had to nitpick). P.S. The owner is really genuine and makes you feel like family rather than a customer. "I had a business meeting at Cathy's today and it was great! The atmosphere inside is relaxed. You can easily get work done, have a business meeting, or just grab coffee with a friend. They have all of the normal coffee options, plus muffins, cookies, and you can even order a breakfast sandwich. My Carmel latte was delicious!"
