"Impressed with the coffee beans! So far I’ve had both the Dreamlands and Jade blends. They both work well with my espresso machine. I find the beans from this roaster to be a hair on the lighter side. If you pull espresso with either blend mentioned above I would recommend an output ratio of 1 : 2.25 (give or take .5) if you’re looking to avoid sourness. I can see why their coffee is known for the delicate notes. Will be repeat customer."

"I’ve been a customer with Magnolia for several years now and it’s one of my favorite companies and brands of any kind in North Carolina. I got started with them by trying small bags of various brands from Whole Foods and enjoyed their coffee the most especially the Guatemala varieties where I have a personal connection too and they always have at least one rotating variety. I then got hooked and keep coming back every time for their reliability, customer service, and freshness. I get a 5 pound bag of whole beans every time and I get probably too excited when it arrives. Last month I had 1 day of beans left and from order to roast to in my house the process was something like 28 hours it was incredible, the perks of living in Charlotte and having a local company. A year ago I had a potential issue with quality of a bag of beans, and upon inquiring about the potential issue, someone from the company offered to literally drive to my house and deliver a new batch and take the old batch away to see what the problem was so it wouldn’t happen again, who does that?! We had hand delivered coffee from down the road, you cannot beat that. Big thanks and keep it up."

"Best coffee you can buy. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. It’s the only coffee I buy. In terms of freshness standards, the coffee are always freshly roasted when I order it. Responsibly sourced. There is so many varieties and regions that you are bound to find the perfect coffee for your palate.
