"Sweetwaters Coffee in Murphy is in full holiday mode! We stopped by Sweetwaters in Murphy today and tried their holiday drinks. We ordered their hot Peppy Bark Mocha, Candy Cane Cocoa and Let it Snow Latte and they were all so good, our family really enjoyed them. Glad that we were able to find a coffee place that is open even on Thanksgiving afternoon as we were able to enjoy some nice holiday drinks together with the family. Their holiday drinks are fantastic, warm, flavorful, and perfect for the season and just the right amount of sweet, exactly what you want this time of year. They also have a great selection of cool holiday gift items and merchandise. From beautifully packaged treats to unique coffee-themed gifts, it’s a perfect spot to pick up something special for friends and family. We really loved their Lunar New Year glass collection sets, T-shirts and coffee mugs, they also have gift cards. We bought their coffee mugs and gift cards. Good place to get some holiday gifts for the family. The vibe is warm, new management and staff are very friendly and welcoming, had good conversations with them and it just feels like a nice cozy place to take a break during the busy holiday season. The whole experience felt welcoming, definitely recommend swinging by for a drink and a little holiday shopping! If you are looking to enjoy some delicious seasonal drinks or grab thoughtful holiday gifts, Sweetwaters in Murphy is definitely worth a visit! 🎄☕️✨ My previous review few months back. This place is great and now my preferred coffee shop. Comfortable place to enjoy good coffee & tea with good relaxing ambiance. Their cozy interior, excellent coffee, and ambiance greatly appeal to me. They provide outstanding customer service and excellent coffee. Staff is very friendly and polite. Their Earl gray tea is very refreshing and Egg & cheese bagel is very tasty. Good items on their menu to choose from. I also liked their Mango matcha, would highly recommend their drinks."

"Stopped by Sweetwaters in Murphy and had a great experience. The cappuccino was perfect – rich, smooth, and topped with beautiful foam. Paired it with a toasted bagel + cream cheese that was fresh, chewy, and delicious! The staff was super friendly and welcoming – made the visit extra nice. "Had a wonderful experience ordering here with Jay and Myh. I had a very large order, and despite that they were kind, courteous, respectful, patient, and offered a very professional, curated cafe experience. This was my best coffee shop experience in my 2 decades of visiting coffee shops around the country. I give them my highest commendation and recommendation for their excellent customer service experience."

"New to this spot, walked in and was greeted by the employees several times, offered to suggest or help me with anything. They have art on the wall with qr codes and the surroundings are clean. The coffee is delicious, I got the chocolate crème caramel triple shot and my mom got the same drink but with almond milk and if you're looking for a sweeter, softer vanilla latte, almond milk tastes 10x better imo. Will come back again!"
