"We came to this coffee house to get a vanilla cappuccino and an iced carmel macchiato. The decor and artwork was very nice, and we noticed and appreciated the inclusive messaging. We felt comfortable and walked up to the counter to order. I asked the Barista for a vanilla cappuccino, and my partner asked for an iced caramel macchiato. The barista scoffed at the request for an Iced Caramel Macchiato. She said that an Iced Caramel Macchiato doesn't exist and that a macchiato is a very small drink. My partner understood that to mean they couldn't make what she wanted, but the barista said they could make it. We paid for our order, $12, which we thought was reasonable considering it is a small business making specialty drinks. We waited for our order, and when it was ready the barista put the drinks on the counter. She announced: "Vanilla Cappuccino and Starbucks or whatever this is." I immediately noticed the barista had written "Starbucks" on the cup, which didn't sit well with me. We said thank you and left with our drinks. We sat in the car outside for a few minutes discussing what had just happened. We did some googling and realized the iced caramel macchiato is a starbucks only drink. My partner felt like the barista was making fun of her for asking for a certain type of drink. I agreed. My partner re-entered the cafe and told the barista that her words and actions were hurtful. The Baristas response was to say that they have a menu for a reason, and gave a patronizing apology. The coffee sold here is good, and the cafe is unique and enjoyable. The attitude was not good. I don't think we will be returning, which is a shame."

"We stopped in for coffee and a snack. The decor is steam punk. Very fun! We both had Americanos which we enjoyed. Nice and hot with no bitterness. We also tried the tomato pie. We sat at one of their outside tables because it was near closing time. We got there just 10 minutes before they closed and the staff person was still friendly and helpful as she took our order."

"If I could make the perfect cafe, this would absolutely be it!!!! From the food, to the super helpful and friendly employees, to the decor....everything is absolutely spot on!! I had the best vegan fudge bar today. I usually don't like sweets, but I just can't resist them here. They have a chocolate chip walnut cookie the size of your face...and it's delicious!!! My absolutely favorite item is the everything bagel with vegan egg and vegan cheese....for $5🥹🥹🥹🥹 they have several types of vegan milk, and it seems that most pastries and baked goods are vegan. My favorite muffin is the morning buzz muffin☕️ I especially love when it's in the shape of a butterfly 🦋💙 this place is truly a dream come true!!!!!"

"I hate writing bad reviews but this was quite disappointing experience. We were visiting and our 10 month old was having bad time in car seat. We decided to take a short break at the cafe. My husband did the courtesy of checking if it was too late ( we were there 30 mins before close) The one at reception said it was fine so we took baby out and went in. First thing, it smelled super musty and wet, my husband asked if all the food on display is all they had , another lady maybe owner?! Rudely made snarky comment “ This is a coffee shop! And we are almost closing”. She definitely did not want us there. I am not sure how this place has good reviews, it was misleading!"
