"It took at least 40 minutes after ordering to get a simple pizza and 3 chicken nuggets... I saw so many other families just waiting and frustrated because kids are hungry. The staff is nice but not enough people working. The person at the register is the one collecting orders from the kitchen and giving it to customer. At at times, there is no one at the actual register. They are open for 6 hours a day.. and obviously with $9 for 3 chicken nuggets, they can afford to hire more employees. On top of that, they have a sign to say no outside food or drinks. Completely unacceptable.."

"Terrible service. It was not busy at all and I had ordered online but still had to stand there for 10 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready, watching as they made orders that had come in after mine. Staring at my order sitting on the counter as my daughter screamed in my arms because she was hungry, while the workers continued making other orders and walking by my food. Finally had to flag someone down to hand me my food and then she acted as if I inconvenienced her. Pack your own lunch or hope the hot dog cart is at the corner, that guy is super friendly and offers way better service."

"Stood in line to order lunch and when it was my turn to order I was informed they were out of many items listed on the menu. I visited the cafe for a 2nd time to order coffee and ice cream and the cashier was extremely rude! The cafe is costly however it’s the only option for purchasing food near the museum."

"Spent $60 and spent over 60 minutes to get the food. When the food finally did come the farmers parm wasn’t any good, the spacadilla was burnt on a good portion, and the only 2 that came out good was the chicken and waffle and the whoopsie daisy, but were insanely overpriced for what it was. Close to ruining our trip to the museum."
