"Fly in my coffee!!!!!! Staff was all over the place, had no idea how to issue a refund, unhygienic, unorganized, unprofessional. Just go to Starbucks and don’t even bother coming here. The guy working there ended up giving me a cash refund from his own money after not figuring out a solution, which I really appreciated but that shouldn’t have been the solution. The “supervisor” didn’t even apologize, she was giggling and took this matter very sarcastically. Very disappointed."
