"I absolutely love the way Dynamite Roasting Company roasts their coffee beans. I have done a full test and didn’t even realize what I was testing out. I thought I was testing out coffee types. It turns out that I was testing out “how” beans were being roasted. I had been drinking Suplicar Clemencia Dark coffee by Dynamite and loving it. Then we were away and I tried a different Coffee, which sent me on a journey of trying out different coffees. You know, sometimes you just want something unique. What I found surprised me and educated me. There are many wonderful conscientious roasters to choose from. We are so fortunate. After trying many different types of coffee from other professional, caring roasters, Dynamite is the finest, best roaster of coffee beans in my opinion. I tried about 4 to 6 other roasters. I thought I was just testing out coffee. It turns out the way the beans are roasted is what makes the biggest difference in how your coffee tastes. My outcome: I now drink only Dynamite roasted coffee. I drink three types so when I feel like something new, I still have the finest roasted coffee beans available. My three types are. Suplicar Clemencia Dark Dynamite Espresso (for those special times) Sumatra Mandheling One woman’s opinion is you don’t have to look any further than Dynamite roasting. Just select multiple types, if you want to shake it up sometimes."
