"This is a great place to go for nutritious meals. Lots of options! For breakfast, there are smoothies, toasts, and bowls; and for lunch or dinner, choose sandwiches, bowls, and wraps. My husband and I I ordered the avocado toast. Delicious, wholesome, and fresh! There is a fridge full of juices and protein balls. We tried the almond and peanut butter. Great on-the-go snacks! I’ll be back!"

"I couldn’t find a good açaí place in Wake Forest for a long time, and this one really good spot. The food is so good and definitely worth coming for. The only thing I would change is the atmosphere inside, but overall the quality of the food makes up for it."

"Went for lunch/brunch for the first time. We were going to dine-in but the place was pretty gross. Tables were all sticky and you could tell the small seating area hadn't been cleaned in a while (and it was only 11:30am). I asked if they could make a fruit smoothie with just fruit and yogurt because I don't want cashews or ginger or kale or protein powder or Almond butter, etc. The lady just simply said "No", which was strange. So we just got a hummus wrap and chicken wrap to-go instead. The wraps were really good and well made but the cleanliness and strange smoothie interaction will make me think twice about returning."

"PHENOMENAL!!!! Highly recommend!! Menu is vast, so healthy & delicious ! The owner is passionate about providing quality, organic, home made food to us! I love that someone actually cares about health, especially in this area where the options are chic fil a and Starbucks on every block. The home made hummus is the best I’ve had out anywhere. She cooks her beans- no canned BS! Greek toast is so good & the açaí bowls and smoothies are delicious !!!! Thank you so so much for your existence and what you are offering to this town!! "Awesome place to get whole food. Actual fresh fruits and vegetables being cut right in front of you. Not powders. They have in house made coconut milk and pesto. I think there was a change in management and they have added variety of items to the menu, including their pesto chicken which is awesome. When I’m in a hurry I like to order their Funky Monkey Smoothie. They customize any order to your liking. Only two things I would like for them to do is change. Their plant based protein powder to one that has higher grams of protein. Their current one only has 8 grams. Second, their atmosphere could get a facelift. But highly, highly recommend it over chain smoothie places!"
