"Pros: Fast service, the shop itself is cute and the bakery items looked good. Cons: We tried the Smores and White Sands. They both tasted like way too much syrup was used, it was really disappointing. We couldnt finish either coffee."

"Walking into River Walk Coffee, is like getting a warm hug from your favorite barista. Ive been here before when they first opened & as of today it’s my first time back in awhile, & the service here is consistently phenomenal. Every member of the team goes above & beyond to make every visit special. They aren’t just fast & efficient, they are genuinely warm & attentive. The coffee is fantastic, I tried the Christmas Tree Cake & my little one had a cookies & cream frappe & he said it was the best one he ever had 💫🫶🏽 My coffee was so tasty & I’ll definitely be back for more on their menu….. but it’s the gold-standard customer service that makes this my absolute favorite spot. "We just visited here. We ordered some donuts and muffins and had their lattes. Upon entering there was a group of people right in the front but most were just waiting for what they ordered. I came in with my husband and 2 young children. When we got to the front to order we were not greeted by either of the 2 young ladies there. I know they were overwhelmed being it was a Sunday and the other coffee shop was closed today. Waited maybe 5-10 minutes til I am assuming the manager came from back after getting caught up on orders. He welcomed with a smile on his face. Took our order and if he wasn’t sure on things he was very polite and asked. I have to say the muffins, donuts and lattes were very good. He made my service review to 4 stars otherwise I would have done 2 or 3. You should always greet a customer and welcome them especially since you are trying to build clientele. Even if they were busy should have welcome and said be with you soon give me 5 mins. That would have been fine. I was not in a hurry even though my kids kept asking what’s taking so long to get their donuts. I would go back there again as their food and atmosphere was great as well as their lattes. Just need to work on their greetings of their customer cause you never know if your going to greet a millionaire or the president in disguise. God bless you all"

"I love supporting our local coffee shops. They have very good coffee and sweets. I would recommend their French Toast Muffin for a delicious on the go breakfast. There are three things about their coffee I would like to mention: One is great prices, if you're on a budget but still want to treat yourself you can here. Two is the 32oz latte, you can get an enormous iced latte that still tastes like coffee. Three is their holiday flavors, they have a great variety for every holiday, do not miss out on them."

"Great addition to little Washington! River Walk Coffee has a great selection of different brewed selections, made with high-quality ingredients. I only drink black coffee, so taste really matters to me. They get it right here! My wife raves about their lattes, saying she can taste the complex espresso. And my girls love their tasty frappes! Very nice selection of food to accompany your drinks as well. Additionally, they have a small conference room in the back to accommodate meetings! Stop by and try them out!!"
