"I was pleasantly surprised with this coffee shop. The owner (William) is very knowledgeable and laid back. The coffee was great and I understand he does coffee tastings to try out bolder flavor profiles. And I really can't emphasize enough how passionate and knowledgeable William was about the coffee. The shop is located inside Grateful Graze - a charcuterie and cheese catering business - which also offers some snacks and pastries for sale if you like to nibble on something with your coffee (we did and it was also delicious). Just a really enjoyable experience."
