"Vacationing in Wilmington and found this coffee shop that sells smoothies. I ordered the Green Wave, pretty good. Tropical Smoothie is still my favorite. They offer the Smoothie in 2 sizes, 16 oz and 32 oz. There is a sign above the straws and napkins that said exceeding expectation of every customer every visit... They didn't exceed my expectation but they met it. I paid with credit card and there was an option to tip 15%, 18%, etc... I'm not sure why there isn't a 10% for carryout. I usually tip 15% carryout and 20% dine in regardless of the type of restaurants, but the minimum should be 10% considering it's a coffee shop. It might encourage customers paying with credit card to tip."

"If you want a order done correctly, you may want to go elsewhere. I've been frequenting this establishment for 4 years now and I think we will be breaking up. I tend to use mobile ordering to do a quick pick up and have gone in and my drink be completely forgotten about resulting in 10 minutes of me standing there waiting on my drink. Due to those recent mishaps, I decided to start going to the Drive thru again and they still can't get the order correct or out. Today I was passed a regular coffee, the batista took it back, gave me my correct drink for me to find out once I got to the office it was still wrong."

"The car line had 3 in it so I chose to go inside. With one person ahead of me I figured I could reasonably get a beverage in a couple minutes. The woman ahead of me got a coffee, I ordered a latte. With three baristas working it took their team of specialists right at ten minutes to prepare. I am embarrassed for them. You would figure that their posted goal is to “Exceed every customers expectations…”. Well, the definitely did. I expected a 2-3 minute latte and they exceeded it tremendously to ten minutes."

"The crew at Oleander are on point. I had three of the best coffees and sandwiches in three visits that remind me of pre-covid PCJ. (I still miss the Barclay Commons store) So I had taken a break from all of PCJs after consistently inconsistent food and beverage quality, staff service was never an issue. I mean I was loyal, no matter which location I visited, “Hey Hans, want your coffee and sandwich?” was a common occurrence. Keep it up PCJ Oleander. Great job!"
