"I use to LOVE PCJ....However the past few months I've been trying to give it a chance and every time I am extremely disappointed. Today I got a Cinnamon Toast Latte and it was so sweet I had to throw it away. I don't know if it's the staff training or what but it feels like they just don't care. Growing up in Wilmington PCJ use to be the best coffee shop....unfortunately it just isn't what it use to be."

This is quieter than some of the other shops in town with plenty of good table space and outlets along with a couple couches if you are looking for something comfier. The coffee is reliable and the service is friendly. There is also a drive thru that is typically quick no matter the time of day!"

"We go about 4 times a week in the drive thru. Every time it is a pleasant experience, the coffee’s are delicious, and customer service is outstanding. The new manager ( I think she has been there many months) is amazing, trains her staff well and selects the best employees. Kudos to her. It is so much better, especially with consistency, than with previous management. Porters neck Port City is the best in Wilmington."
