"First time coming into this shop and was not impressed ONE bit. I came in with a friend, she ordered before I did. Waited a few minutes and then my son needed to use the bathroom. We got back to the register to order and someone was in front of us so we waited for them to order. It’s my turn to order now, the girl walks away from the register, doesn’t say a word to me. A “I’ll be with you in a just a moment” would’ve worked just fine. The employees start working on the other order ahead of me. Again, nobody has communicated to me. I sit there and wait until I finally tell them to let me know when they’re ready to take my order. Waited another 10 minutes before my friend told me they were just standing behind the counter staring. I go up, I order my coffee and drink for my son, mind you, my 3 year on and 8 month old were with me, so I’m holding the 8m old the whole time. I assumed they add cream and sugar to the drinks because that’s how my friends came out. So I didn’t mention it. The two girls working the front took their time out of pure ignorance because they knew I was already upset about all the prior incidents. She bring me a black iced coffee and I asked if they had cream and sugar out so I could add it. The older lady literally HANDS ME THE CARTON OF HALF AND HALF. Expects me to take the lid off the coffee and the half and half and pour to my own liking all while holding an 8 month old. It went all over the counter, all over the floor. I was absolutely floored by my experience. Would not recommend this place."

"Latte came out quick and tasty. Friendly staff. Love that they support local artists and offer their products for sale. A little cluttered looking with the products at the bar along the the windows. Play area for kids so just a pick up place for me personally. Thanks!"

"Super adorable new coffee place with so many options and delicious snacks. I had an obx iced latte and it was delicious. Not too sweet and really good. The cream cheese Danish was excellent after 15 seconds in the microwave! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend"
