"My husband and I enjoyed coffee. We placed our order for drip coffee and they brewed a fresh pot just for us. We drink it black and the coffee was very good. No bitterness but still a good, strong coffee flavor. There are bar height seating and regular chair height. We sat and drank our coffee and chatted and enjoyed the experience. Parking available outside of the establishment and bathrooms were clean. I recommend this coffee shop because they are definitely serving up joy!😊"

"This here is a Vanilla Bean Frappe with no coffee. I usually pay about 6-7 for this same exact drink at Starbucks. Plus the give first time visitors a discount. They serve any kind of coffee ☕/drinks that you can purchase at Starbucks at a amazing low price as well as ice cream and cakes, muffins. Highly recommend everyone to come here. "I had the pleasure of visiting Cups of Joy in Wilson NC today (7.21.25). It was my first visit and definitely will not be the last. The coffee was very delicious (even for my non coffee drinking husband), my 7 year old son loved the frozen hot chocolate, and my pup really enjoyed his cream cup. The shop itself was very comfortable feeling with cute decor. They also offer hand scooped Hershey ice cream that we'll need to come back for in the near future. "Not a place for coffee enthusiasts. Actually, let's just say not a place for coffee snobs. The hot white chocolate latte is overwhelmingly sweet and taste more like milk syrup drink than a latte. No note of any coffee whatsoever. Disappointing. 0 for ambience and loud music. Kills any ambience that's left. What it's good for its cold beverages and ice cream. If you're looking for ambience + perfectly brewed cup of latte with notes of balanced coffee flavor, I'm disappointed to tell you that this is not a place. Unfortunately, they're charging the same price you'd get at coffee shops with ambience and that perfect cup of latte. However, you should definitely come here for cold coffee drinks and beverages and ice cream. 5 stars for the nice ladies behind the counter!they were doing a great job managing during the busy hour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
