"I absolutely LOVE Boba and Bean Bar! I ordered the caramel brown sugar latte also known as the LaKiya drink and wow it was beyond amazing honestly addictive. I haven’t had coffee in two years and this was my second day in a row getting an iced coffee before work because it was that good. I was a little sad not to see the older brother this time but I was welcomed with so much warmth and love by his sister I believe her name is Nedita sorry if I spelled it wrong. She was incredibly sweet and even a little nervous because she didn’t want to disappoint customers but she delivered and then some. Her customer service was amazing full of genuine care and positive energy. She made my drink perfectly and even added a special brown sugar cereal topping on top which took it to another level and was absolutely delicious. I felt so welcomed by her presence and her energy alone made my experience even better. The drinks are not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. My large drink was only seven dollars and I even got a ten percent mall employee discount which is such a great perk. Plus they give you the cutest rewards card after ten punches you get a free drink. Who doesn’t love free things?!!! 10/10 highly recommend. Amazing customer service delicious coffee and boba great vibes and fair prices. I will definitely be back 🙂❤️"

"This was a very pleasant surprise! I wasn’t expecting this level of quality from a store in a mall. The boba tasted fresh and was as good as any I’ve ever had! We were also surprised that they had a coffee popping boba. They also have a bakery with pastries, croissants, and muffins. We enjoyed the strawberry cream cheese croissant! Their service was great! Very kind and offered very good suggestions for myself, my wife, and my son. We all had a great experience and enjoyed our dessert date! I would highly recommend this place!"
