"I sure do love Clutch Coffee! I’ll even go out of my way to stop by whether it’s the Winston-Salem or Clemmons location. My drink order is always spot-on & consistent every time! Recently, I decided to step out of my comfort zone & try one of their biscuits. I’ve ordered it 2 times now (once in Clemmons & once in Winston) each time it’s been scalding hot, clearly microwaved? I'm not sure but it took a lot for me to write this review. I love the drinks & the service, but I’d really appreciate if the food could be warmed a bit more carefully so it’s not too hot to enjoy especially for the price being paid. As i know that Clutch Coffee Bar is known for their COFFEE which I love but it is nice having the option to get a biscuit on the fly also. keep up the delicious coffee & the positive attitudes ! love clutch!"

"I recently stopped by Clutch Coffee Bar’s new drive-thru on Stratford Road in Winston-Salem, and it was like a mini coffee party! The atmosphere was lively, the service was upbeat, and the menu had so many tempting drinks. We tried the peppermint mocha, and it was the perfect festive pick-me-up, with just the right balance of peppermint and rich chocolatey flavor. Whether you’re looking for a classic favorite or something a bit more adventurous, Clutch has you covered. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their creative options!"

"Came through last night at 8:40. The 2 ladies at the window said they didn’t have enough espresso for our drinks that they would have to make more and if it’s ok if we only get part of it. So basically they made espresso in advance so they could shut down and clean the machine for the night. They eventually just made more. Who asks someone if they are ok if they receive a partial drink at full price. Crazy, yet they work on tips. Also, I was over charged 4 dollars. I had a cake pop and 3 dollar any coffee reward. She said she applied both but when checking the receipt on the all, she only applied the 3 dollar any drink reward . If you close at 9 don’t close 30 minutes prior to your hours. Otherwise change your house to 8:30. Save your money, go to 7 Brews or Dutch Bros. Better service"

"Absolutely awful , $18 for two of These pathetic sandwiches and a drink. Drive through took 12 minutes. My drink wasn’t even mixed and was full of ice"

"I had the pleasure of trying drinks like the Avalanche, Peppermint Bark (just in time for the holiday season), Wild Watermelon, and Electric Stardust. I’m all about my caramel macchiato, but these were amazing!! Yesterday I attended their grand opening and they bought the party vibe, with a DJ spinning all day, the drinks flowing, and crowds in and out to experience it all. They even had pup cups for the fur babies! Clutch Coffee Bar is one of my fave companies and this new location provided the best beverage drive-thru experience."
