"What an amazing group! The morning staff is absolutely amazing! Every time I go in there they are working together to keep things moving smoothly. About a couple of weeks ago I noticed a new hire Bella, she was a bit lost, a customer yelled at her, the system wasn’t working, something was going on with the register, the other employees quickly jumped and helped the customer and provided him what he needed and also helped the new hire whom appeared to be training . That is just the most amazing type of team work. Customer oriented and also team oriented. The management at clutch should be so proud of the crew you have in the morning. I haven’t been in there in the afternoon so I can’t speak for the afternoon crew but the morning crew, you are all amazing! I was out of town and missing my clutch coffee, I came in today and saw the new hire making drinks with a huge smile on her face, she is tall, towering over the other girls with the brightest smile, such a friendly gal, you can’t miss her smile!, she didn’t deserve that customer yelling at her a couple of weeks ago and she looks like she is mastering her new job, and the crew working around her supporting one another, it’s just awesome! I travel a lot and go to many different coffee shops. But, I miss clutch and this amazing crew and can’t wait to return home to get my coffee from my favorite coffee crew!!! Keep it up yall!"

"I tried this place purely out of convenience. Id never heard of it, and I was visiting from out of town. This was AMAZING. Hudson truly knows what customer service and hospitality are about. We were clearly new to the place and he went out of his way to offer recommendations if we were up for it, which we were. (He also left us the option to just browse the menu if we preferred) He walked us through the menu, asked our preferences to better know what to recommend, and was able to answer every question. I know it's "just coffee" for some people, but this truly made me so happy to experience. He is very dedicated to his role here and was honestly a breath of fresh air in the industry. He also gave credit and acknowledgment to the barista who made our drinks. I believe her name was Kira or Kyra. (I'm sorry if that isn't correct) She does deserve a shout out because our coffee was delicious!! She was also super efficient and got us our coffee in no time. He sold the experience perfectly, and she executed the order flawlessly. Icouldn't ask for better."

"I visit Clutch Coffee Bar almost every morning on my way to work, and I've always been impressed by the efficiency and quality of their drinks. The coffee is consistently strong, and their signature iced lattes are always perfectly balanced. It's the ideal way to kick off the day. However, the reason I felt compelled to write this review is because of one particular staff member—the person who usually works the morning drive-thru window. I think her name is natalie. They are an absolute ray of sunshine! Even at 6:30 AM, her energy is incredible, and she always greet me with a genuine smile and enthusiasm. They are incredibly fast and efficient, but what truly sets them apart is their attention to detail and ability to remember regular orders. They often have my drink ready before I even finish pulling out my card."
