"It was great and busy, young staff, a little more attention from staff to customers would help to ensure proper orders. I ordered cheese in top of my hot dogs every ride I come in, specifically and they never get it right without me taking my time to go back and try to get the problem corrected - if I have time. Not sure this is my go to spot anymore. Sorry. I went back today 12/16/25. Same issues , staff not listening to customers orders for specifics, as simple as cheese on top of the hotdogs and now the shakes apparently the machine makes a huge divet in the middle thatbtook 15 minutes unfornately no i didnt want a remake at that time, by the time I decided to leave, and just chucked the shake they had given me in the trash > I hope it was seen! Won't be back....."

"I recently moved from North Carolina to Maryland, but while visiting NC for the weekend, I was really craving Dairi-O after not having it for so long. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. We usually go to the Mooresville location, which has always been excellent — friendly service, consistently good food, and a clean atmosphere. Sadly, this location was the complete opposite. The person at the register seemed uninterested and unfriendly compared to what I’m used to at Mooresville. The drink machines were dirty, the drinks themselves were flat, and the floors were so sticky that our shoes literally stuck with every step. On top of that, my hot dogs came out cold. Overall, it was such a letdown. I don’t see myself coming back to this location again and will definitely stick to the Mooresville Dairi-O moving forward."

"Don’t know if they were just having an off day or just not able to keep up with their volume, but this Dairi-O pales in comparison to their other locations. It does appear to be very clean in the parking lot and the queue area of the lobby, but all throughout the restaurant were dirty tables and seats, sticky floors, and general disregard for their central drink island. Some of that can be attributed to a poorly designed layout, but that could be remedied with a little attention and care. The shortcomings in cleanliness are definitely reflected in their hospitality. Jaden at the register would benefit from a crash course in enthusiasm. This would be my first robotic interaction with someone at a Dairi-O; but again, maybe just an off day. Overall, this location leaves a bit to be desired. Their food is really hard to mess up, so that’s a freebie — but given that there are other Dairi-Os in the vicinity, we may have to try a different one next time. ★★★☆☆"

"It’s a ABSOLUTELY YES for me! My best friend brought me here while I was visiting and honestly, the place was packed but once I took my first bite- everyone disappeared! My burger was made to perfection. It didn’t stand a chance. My hot dog as well. I didn’t try the chili but I will next time! The toasted buns took it to another level and I appreciated that the most. Also, crinkle cut fries are top tier! We got our food fast and the service was great! Also ended it with a strawberry milkshake. This makes cheat days worth it! 😂 #tellemgabbbsentya"
