"We got a crueler, a bear scat, a pumpkin filled, a blueberry filled, an apple fritter and a German chocolate. Nothing was good, buying had much flavor and none of them had a great texture."

"This place is AWESOME! I walked in, they immediately greeted me and helped me pick out THE best O-rings! Bacon topped, creme filled, you want it, they have it. OR the will make it, as long as its a doughnut type of ring."

"A fun store with as nicely decorated (Halloween decorations this time) waiting and sitting area inside as it does a wide, creative (and widely named) selection of donuts. The most famous donut and company namesake is the Bearscat donut that looks like what it is named but gratefully tastes otherwise. My favorite is the Almond Joy. I know they are expanding and now have stores in Mandan and Minot, ND and Salem, OR. I also know the owners are generous benefactors to the needy in the community."

"This place was a nice surprise! I really enjoyed their Kramer donut (not so much their chocolate bearscat donut). Woulda liked to have tried the Twix one too, but they didn’t have any made the day I called. Based on my tepid interaction with the staff, I had braced myself for mediocre donuts at best. But whew, the donuts were gooey and moist and everything Sandy’s (in Fargo) hadn’t been earlier that day. Glad we gave Bearscat a try. 😊"

"We have eaten at Bearscat many times and the doughnuts there are always really good. My concern lately has been cleanliness. Its clear they don't move tables when they sweep and the vents in the bathrooms are covered with dust and gunk. If this is what the public areas look like, I'm a little worried about how clean the kitchen is."
