"Visited this steak restaurant for the first time and had a pretty decent overall experience. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. The presentation of the food was impressive – everything came out looking well-prepared and thoughtfully plated. As for the food itself, the taste was okay – not mind-blowing, but not disappointing either. One thing to note is that the meat had quite a bit of sauce on it, which might not be to everyone's liking. Some may find it a bit overpowering, depending on personal preference. Despite that, I’d still recommend giving this place a try, especially for the service and presentation. It’s worth checking out at least once if you’re in the area."

"BOURBON ST. RICE NOODLE BOWL would be better with cream sauce. The chicken parmesan sauce was excellent and chicken was ok. Clam chowder soup very good. Bread was very good with dipping. The waitress needs to seat everyone AWAY FROM other people, DONT seat everyone in one spot. The place is large, I don’t like 20 people in one spot and the other 3/4 of the restaurant is empty. Spread the people all around so that we don’t have to hear everybody else talking hearing their conversation."

"Always good and service is great! My wife and I came for her birthday. We had our 1 year old along and he was not a polite dinner guest! Loud and obnoxious and most 1 year olds are. Our server (wish I had gotten her name) was patient and took great care of us. We forgot to grab the boxed food as we were leaving and she chased our car down right as we were leaving the parking lot. The bistro has been a staple of our community for as long as I can remember. My parents came here for their birthdays and anniversaries and my family is carrying on the tradition. I love this restaurant! It means a lot to us!!"

The staff are consistently professional, attentive, and truly go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. The menu offers a wonderful variety and every dish I've tried has been excellent. I'm grateful for the reliable, high-quality experience they provide—Bistro 1100 is a true staple of the Bismarck community, and I look forward to many more visits."

"Our group was seated in the board room. Service was 100% the best I've had in a long time. Our group was large and the staff did their job efficiently and we're very friendly. My entrée was great. Everyone else said their was good too, some issues with dry salmon."
